The Whole Package by Alexa Riley Review

The Whole Package

Bailey Webb has stressed and worried about her special needs sister Hazel ever since their mom took off. She’s struggling to keep both their heads above water until a chance meeting changes her life forever.

From the moment Shawn Reed meets Bailey, all he wants to do is protect her. Not only does she need help but so does her sister, and he’s ready to step up to the plate.

Warning: This overly sweet and precious story is filled with so much love. It’s got surprise presents, baby farm animals, and a hero who loves to spoil. It’s all you could ask for, plus a mountain of sugar on top. Call your dentist and schedule an appointment. This book is guaranteed to give you cavities.

Omg…. the feels I had with this book!!! I loved it! This book was sooooo different from all the other books! It was super sweet!

Bailey stepped up when her mother took off with out a glance back. She left Bailey with the responsibility of taking care of her younger sister Hazel. She has special needs. Which Bailey doesn’t care. But it does put a great stress on her financially. She’s constantly stressing about money. And how she’s going to pay for her sisters medication. But she never shows Hazel that stress. She does anything and everything to make her sister happy.

“She lifts her hand and holds her pinky out. I lock it with my pinky and we both kiss our hands, which we always do when we’re on the same page.”

They are really best friends. They do everything together. I loved that! But it really leaves Bailey with a social life.

“Who has time for boys when you have a cow, two goats, and too many other animals to remember them all?”

Shawn wasn’t looking for anyone. It wasn’t even on his radar. But one look at Bailey and that changed quick! He knew being with Bailey she was a package deal. And he accepted Hazel and all her little quirks! He not only took care of Bailey but he took care of Hazel too. He wanted to make both of them happy.

Hazel was a strong young lady. She had her disabilities. But she never let them slow her down. She liked Shawn right from the beginning. She knew he was a good guy. So once Hazel felt things were getting serious. She wanted to know if he would stay forever.

“No, Shawn won’t ever leave like Mom did. He’s our knight in shining armor,”.

This was such a cute read! The ending was absolutely my favorite! I can’t wait for the next book to come out!
