BRO CODE by Kendall Ryan Review

From New York Times bestselling author Kendall Ryan comes a flirty new standalone about falling for your older brother’s best friend.

There’s pretty much only one rule when you’re a guy.

Don’t be a douche.

Turns out, the fastest way to break that rule is to fall for your best friend’s sister.

Ava’s brilliant, sharp-tongued, gorgeous, and five years younger than me.

She’s the sexual equivalent of running with scissors. In a word, she’s dangerous. And completely off-limits.

Falling for her could ruin everything.

Yet I can’t seem to stop, even when her company is threatened by a lawsuit, and my promotion hinges on representing the opposing client—and winning.

I can’t see a way out of this mess that doesn’t end in a broken friendship, a broken heart, or a ruined career.

I may have broken the bro code when I fell for Ava. But do I have the balls to handle what comes next?

This book took off for me right from the beginning! I absolutely fell in love with Ava and Barrett!
They had this fantastic chemistry together! The sexual chemistry was through the roof!! I loved all the crazy situations that happened between them in the beginning like the bathroom scene and the parking lot scene!!!

I wasn’t expecting the little twist with Barrett. That totally caught me off guard. But I loved how he redeemed himself!

I really loved Ava’s character! She really wanted to keep her dad’s company alive. She loved everything about it. She felt such a great responsibility to keep it going for all her employees. I loved that! She was so strong!

But one thing that stood out for me as I was nearing the end and how everything was unfolding.
Ok… the whole deal with the factory. I can’t help but to feel upset about the whole thing. The dad knew he was in trouble with his company. He really should’ve laid it all out on the table before letting his daughter take the reins of the company. That company was already on deaths door. There was no coming back from that.
But to blindly jump in and not get the in’s & out’s of it all is just crazy! I felt for Ava! But I loved how she handled herself!

Overall this was a great read!!! And I can’t wait to read Mister Tonight!!!
